Cardio & Walking Calculators
Walking, cycling and treadmill workouts are easy to personalise when you can compare speed, distance, incline and session duration. These tools convert common cardio inputs into practical planning numbers, from a walking pace to an estimated calorie burn or a treadmill incline adjustment.

How to use these tools well
Calorie burn is an estimate, not a score
Cardio calorie estimates use standard equations and your inputs to give a useful range for planning. They cannot measure your exact efficiency, terrain, wind, heart-rate response or fitness level. Avoid treating a single workout estimate as a precise amount of food you have earned; use it as one part of a longer-term activity and nutrition picture.
Progress the workload gradually
Speed, incline and duration all increase training stress. Adjusting one variable at a time makes it easier to understand what your body tolerates and reduces the temptation to make a sudden large jump. The treadmill pace and incline tools can help translate a plan into settings, while walking and distance tools help build a reliable weekly routine.
Use fitness tests carefully
Heart-rate and field-test calculators provide broad educational estimates. Sensor error, medication, heat and fatigue can affect the result. Do not begin a strenuous test without appropriate clearance if you have cardiovascular symptoms, a known condition or have been advised to limit exercise.
